Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in the original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture.

  • Items marked as non-returnable.

  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@furnishoaks.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Furnish Oaks will cover the return shipping costs.

For customer-initiated returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange.
